Mission Sustainment Analyst

Connor J. Sanchez is a Mission Sustainment Analyst at Marstel-Day, where he supports the Department of the Air Force by helping ensure Air Force-owned airspace, ranges, and installations remain free from encroachment. His work focuses on identifying and mitigating potential impacts from energy development and other external projects that could interfere with military operations, training, and long-term mission viability. He collaborates with planners, engineers, and government stakeholders to support mission sustainment, compatibility assessments, and informed decision-making.

Prior to joining Marstel-Day, Mr. Sanchez served as a Project Manager advising the Department of the Air Force on mission planning, facility modernization, and resource prioritization, and supporting National Nuclear Security Administration facility planning efforts. He is a U.S. Army veteran and former Aviation Warrant Officer, with operational experience flying the CH-47 Chinook in joint and multinational environments, followed by service as an Operations Officer overseeing aviation mission planning, modernization efforts, and organizational readiness.

Mr. Sanchez holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, with minors in Homeland Security, Cybersecurity, and Aviation Law, and a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Texas at Austin.
