Pat Hughes is a mechanical/electrical assessor for Marstel-Day whose work focuses on physical plant inspection and evaluation. His experience includes over thirty years in industrial, commercial and government building inspection as well as civil engineering and road assessment. He worked for twenty years in the area of public safety specializing in hazardous materials, building safety and fire codes. He led projects with FEMA task force teams, urban search and rescue, structural collapse, below grade entrapments and hazards. His scope includes structural engineering of collapsed buildings caused by both manmade and natural disasters.
