Tom Asmus is a mechanical/electrical assessor for Marstel-Day whose work focuses on physical building inspection and evaluation using the BUILDER software package. His experience includes over thirty site assessment visits at various National Guard and National Lab facilities across the United States as well as internationally.

Prior to employment at Marstel-Day, Tom worked for thirty-five years in the nuclear power industry where he performed a variety of jobs such as: system engineering, Emergency Planning, Operations and Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA). He also performed studies for the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear site in the areas of Combustible Loading and Fire Protection.

Tom received a BS in Chemical Engineering as well as a BA in Finance from the University of Minnesota.
