Ms. Garrard generates map products and deliverables in support of clients and other company mapping needs. Her project portfolio includes wetland surveys, landscape surveys, NEPA, Cultural, and Natural Resource mapping.

Ms. Garrard is currently a student at the University of Mary Washington, from which she will graduate with a BS in Geography and a GISc certificate. She has worked on multiple projects with the Geography and Political Science Department, to include creating trail maps for a hiking guide to Hocking Hills State Park in Ohio, an accessibility map of UMW’s Fredericksburg campus, and demonstrating women’s representation in congressional elections.
