Mr. Williams has 25+ plus years in the commercial construction, land development, and the facility asset management industries. During his tenure, he has served private, local, state, and federal entities. These services have been provided domestically and internationally. Mr. Williams has served in the consulting, business development, project/technical manager, estimating, and advisory role. He has developed technical process, program guidance, BUILDER costing, and business process from an internal perspective up to, and including, the U.S. Department of Defense. He is highly skilled in onsite and remote consultation, facilitation, and execution on an international level.

Mr. Williams is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from LeTourneau University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Baylor University, and a Master of Engineering from Texas A&M University (College Station). In addition, Mr. Williams has numerous certifications in the commercial construction industry, governmental/military sector, OSHA standards, and many more.
