Marstel-Day Wins $20M Award from Norfolk District, Army Corps of Engineers

Rebecca R. Rubin, President and CEO of MARSTEL-DAY, LLC, an environmental and conservation consulting firm based in Fredericksburg, Virginia, announced today that Marstel-Day has been awarded a $20M Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to provide environmental support to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Norfolk District over a five year period.
