We face the future with the realization that our environment is compromised. The environmental challenges of our day are large, time is short and the options to be considered and assessed in finding a "way ahead" are many.

"Vital Voices of the Environment" is a series of audio interviews with critical environmental thinkers and planners of our times, each of whom offers unique insight on the key issues we face now and for the environmental future of our planet. Every few weeks, we will add a new voice to the series.

These "Vital Voices of the Environment" offer a diverse set of informed opinions, allowing us to assess for ourselves and reach our own comprehension of the shape and magnitude of environmental challenges; understand better the operating context for and gravity of the need for change; and perceive the possible pathways ahead.

"Vital Voices of the Environment" is a compendium of perspectives, and there is something in here for each of us.
