Ms. Ferguson serves as the contracts and subcontracts manager at Marstel-Day whereby she supports the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel with the administration and management of all contracts and subcontracts. In this capacity, she is responsible for tracking and monitoring program deliverables and working closely with program managers and project leads to ensure they maintain contract compliance.

Prior to joining Marstel-Day, Ms. Ferguson worked as a contracts, subcontracts and project control administrator for a medium-sized government contractor. During that time she administered both commercial and government contracts, to include large indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) and blanket purchase agreements (BPAs), as well as task orders from the proposal stage to close-out. Ms. Ferguson also managed contract burn and analysis in addition to her lead work on the overall contract itself. With an extensive background in customer service, she played a significant role in building and maintaining various contractual and client relationships, for which she was recognized regularly.

Ms. Ferguson has a BS in Business Administration from Mary Washington College (now the University of Mary Washington).
