The Marstel-Day Business Development Program Leads are responsible for developing and implementing the company's business development strategy, identifying new contract opportunities, marketing Marstel-Day's capabilities and qualifications to new and existing clients, developing and executing capture strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with prospective teaming partners, and working with Program Leads to develop opportunities from existing contracts.
