Ms. Wettergreen has over 30 years of professional experience, offering a combination of program and project management as well as technical program support for strategic planning, organization evolution, program performance, team building, and training. She has assessed agency performance and developed dozens of strategic plans for several federal clients. Ms. Wettergreen’s expert technical knowledge of water resources and natural resources management spans a wide variety of areas such as dam safety, riverine and coastal flood risk management, water sustainability, conservation planning, and compatible land use management. She is well-versed in risk communications and has directed the development of engagement plans and outreach materials to assist federal programs in sharing information and building relationships with the communities they serve.

Beyond her program and project management work, Ms. Wettergreen brings enthusiasm and energy to Marstel-Day’s business development team. She initiates new business partnerships and maintains existing relationships toward achieving strategic goals for Marstel-Day. She is tuned into the range of Marstel-Day services, working collaboratively across functional areas to identify synergies and explore innovative approaches that promote strategic partnerships.

Ms. Wettergreen's academic background includes a BA in maritime affairs from the University of Rhode Island and an MS in environmental science and policy from the Johns Hopkins University. Ms. Wettergreen is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) with the International Association of Facilitators. She is certified in Public Participation through the International Association for Public Participation and holds a certificate in Commercial and Workplace Mediation from Northern Virginia Mediation Services.
