Ms. Pratt primarily supports Marstel-Day’s National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Program. She has 11 years of experience supporting Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements, providing analyses for multiple resource areas, including socioeconomics, Environmental Justice, biological resources, transportation, hazardous materials and wastes, and cumulative effects analysis. She has experience in applying the Environmental Impact Forecast System (EIFS) to determine the level of socioeconomic impact of BRAC/NEPA projects nationwide. Ms. Pratt has supported more than 25 NEPA documents for the Department of Defense and other Federal agencies nationwide.

In addition to support to the NEPA Program, Ms. Pratt supports Marstel-Day’s Natural Resources Program projects that involve Integrated Natural Resources Management Plans, to aid military installations in shaping their management of natural resources, including the development of an Endangered Species Management Plan for a military base with multiple federally-listed threatened and endangered species. Ms. Pratt has previously supported the company’s Air Force Encroachment Management Program and Marine Corps Program, supporting encroachment analyses and stakeholder communication, outreach, and engagement projects.

Ms. Pratt graduated with a BS in business administration from the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, VA.
