Climate Resilience and Natural Resource Partnerships Planner

Ms. Miller is a Climate Resilience and Natural Resource Partnerships Planner who works on-site at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam on Oahu, Hawai’i. She supports the Navy's Readiness and Environmental Protection Integration (REPI) Program efforts in Hawai’i and Guam. She aids in engagement and coordination amongst Navy REPI stakeholders and in developing external partnerships. She conducts research, provides analysis, and supports REPI project planning and execution tasks. Her work helps to advance conservation and resilience solutions in the regions surrounding Navy installations.

Ms. Miller has a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a MS in Behavior, Education, and Communication at the University of Michigan, School for Environment and Sustainability. During her graduate career, She was a Graduate Student Instructor for an undergraduate-level Ecological Issues course and a Research Assistant in the Environmental Psychology Lab where her work focused on climate resilience.
