Ms. Aiello is the Director of Landscape Conservation Services at Marstel-Day, LLC. In this role, she uses her extensive program and project manager experience to benefit work related to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), stakeholder engagement, public outreach, and natural resources policy and management for clients such as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, the National Park Service, the Bureau of Land Management, the Department of Defense, and the Long Island Sound Study, among others. She also supports the business development team, leading proposal development for prospective projects within the landscape conservation realm.

Ms. Aiello has more than 20 years of experience in the natural resources conservation field across government, private sector, and nonprofit sectors, as a subject matter expert focusing on invasive species, climate change, sustainable land management, and outdoor recreation. Prior to joining Marstel- Day, she held several positions during her nine years with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, working on forest landowner estate planning and tax incentives, handling multi- million-dollar conservation easement deals to protect working forestland, creating outreach documents and educational events to promote sustainability and green infrastructure, and overseeing training and educational efforts related to invasive species management and climate change. Ms. Aiello also worked for many years as a contractor for several conservation nonprofits and landscape architecture and engineering firms, where she managed projects, wrote grants and outreach materials, and organized conferences and other events.

Ms. Aiello holds a BA in zoology with a minor in environmental studies from Ohio Wesleyan University, where she graduated cum laude. She earned an MA in urban and environmental policy and planning from Tufts University.
